I had a great stay at a small but tidy hotel in the centre of the historical core of the city. The staff was polite and helpful, and the receptionists spoke English well. The deluxe room I stayed in was huge and clean, definitely worth choosing over a standard room. The breakfast room was nice and there was a good variety of sweet and savory options to choose from. The wifi was fast and stable, and there were plenty of TV channels to enjoy. I felt like I got great value for my money at Cyro.

We stayed in a suite, the room was very large, with a good living room and kitchen, great location, close to everything, right in the center of Brno and very clean rooms with good towels.

Small bathroom, without bath, only a shower, which was fine further.

Location and free and reliable wi-fi. Good and helpful stuff. New furniture.

Some rooms may be small (but I asked to change). Payment is on the arrival and not departure .

The staff are very helpful, and we were upgraded to a suite of rooms which was a nice surprise. Good location for the center of the city and for the main bus and train station. The hotel is excellent value and has all the necessary facilities for a comfortable stay.

Fantastic location 10 mins walk from old town centre. Hotel basic but comfortable. Staff friendly and helpful and loads of free parking in the immediate vicinity.

The room was clean and spacious, and actually was bigger than we expected, we didn't know there would be a kitchen included. We definitely made good use of the free Wi-Fi service.

There was no air conditioning, and since the room only had one window there was no air circulation except for when we propped open the door to the room and opened the window out in the corridor. This was fine when we were awake but obviously we couldn't leave the door open when we went to bed. It is not realistic to expect that they will install air conditioning now, but we strongly feel they should provide at least one floor-standing fan for each room.

I was blown away by the quiet and hilly location, just minutes from the tram stop. The staff were SUPER friendly and the rooms were clean, well-furnished, with unexpected kitchen facilities. The beds were comfortable and the bathroom was fine. The breakfast was mind-blowing. No problems at all, highly recommend!

The hotel was in an excellent location, literally minutes from the centre of the city, in a lovely location. The hotel was spotlessly clean, with maids coming into rooms daily, all of the communal areas were also immaculate. The rooms are a really good size too, we had a deluxe room which was like an apartment complete with kitchenette.

Kettle in room but nothing to make a drink, we arrived late so not much open near amd would of loved a cup of tea.

The room was particularly small and as it was in the attic area, it was extremely hot, with no air con.

I recently stayed at this hotel and was pleasantly surprised by the value for money it offered. The prices were very reasonable, especially for the deluxe rooms which had a great attention to detail. The location of the hotel was also ideal, being right in the town's center just past the train station, on a quiet street. The staff provided excellent service and were always willing to assist with any requests. The rooms were well-equipped with all necessary facilities, including a table for 4 and a kitchenette. Additionally, the breakfast provided was satisfactory with all basic options provided.

All was fine, couldn't ask for more.

The staff provided exceptional service and the rooms were comfortable, with good beds and two TV sets. The breakfast provided had all the basic options and was included in the price.

Spent a lovely Christmas break in this hotel. The rooms were spotless and the location couldn't be better, just a few steps from a charming city center and wonderful Christmas markets. The staff was friendly and attentive, making us feel at home with their warm hospitality. We especially appreciated the delicious breakfast buffet with a wide range of options, including fresh fruit and pastries. Plus, the free Wi-Fi was reliable and fast, perfect for staying connected with loved ones over the holidays.

While our stay was enjoyable overall, there were a couple of drawbacks. The biggest issue was the heating system - it seemed to be set at a higher temperature than we prefer, making the room quite uncomfortable.
